Simplifying Online Flower Ordering: A UX/UI Case Study for Kriisa

Kriisa is a local flower shop focused on creating meaningful bouquets tailored to each client’s expectations. As the business grew, Kriisa needed a more intuitive and efficient way for customers to order flowers online while maintaining the brand’s warmth and personal touch.

The Problem

Customers found it difficult to order flowers online in a way that felt personal and straightforward. The existing process lacked clarity, required too many steps, and did not reflect the quality and care of Kriisa’s in-store experience.

The persona

Ana is a busy professional who values meaningful gestures but has limited time. She frequently buys flowers for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or last-minute gifts. She appreciates quality, aesthetics, and reliability.

Wireframes

The wireframes were created to define the structure, layout, and user flow of the platform before applying visual design. At this stage, the focus was on usability and clarity—ensuring that users could easily browse bouquets, customize their selection, and complete the checkout process with minimal friction.
